The HELB products are split into three categories, with the first being HELB loans, which are meant for students joining higher institutions of learning right after completing their secondary education. The HELB loans comprise Jielimishe Loans for employed or salaried students across the diploma, Bachelor’s, Master’s, and even PHD.
