HELB Products And Online Services

The Higher Education and Loans Board offers many services at your fingertips. The HELB products are split into three categories, with the first being HELB loans, which are meant for students joining higher institutions of learning right after completing their secondary education. The HELB loans comprise Jielimishe Loans for employed or salaried students across the diploma, Bachelor’s, Master’s, and even PHD. There are also the Undergraduate loans for University students and TVET loans for students in tertiary institutions. Another HELB product is the HELB scholarships, which are only awarded to postgraduate students in the Master’s who receive a maximum of Ksh 200,000 and PHD level up to Ksh 450,000.
