How to Access KUCCPS Services Online?

KUCCPS has made it easier for students and Various institutions to access all its services through specific portals. These Portals are as follows:

KUCCPS Student Portal

The Student portal is for students who want to apply for courses at various institutions ( TVET, universities, KMTC). By default, the schools where you sat for your KCSE exams should register you. Then, you can log in to the portal using the link  https://students.kuccps.net/login/, using your Birth certificate number or KCPE index number, as used in KCSE exam registration, as your initial password.

KUCCPS Institutional Portals

This portal is for Vice-Chancellors or Principals of Colleges or their representatives to update or declare their institutional and programme capacities for student placement purposes and to access relevant placement-related data. KUCCPS Principal’s Portal

These are meant to enable secondary schools to submit applications for courses on behalf of their KCSE candidates (School/Centre Application).  As of the article’s writing, the portal does not support the School/Centre Application, which was discontinued in 2023.
